I started to get excited until I did my own mileage calculations. All of your mileage calculations are pretty far off.
According to Great Circle Mapper the total base miles for this trip is 9,029. Add in 1,464 x 2 for the DEQ11 and the total EQM is 11,957.
What you did was take the total of the entire trip of 9,029 added in a 1,464 then doubled that entire amount. That would have been accurate if the trip occurred before the 1st of Feb when DEQAA was in effect.
You can get the same EQM with a shorter SFO-ORD-MIA-SJO-MIA-ORD-SFO flight, and prices on that is sub-$1k.
The corrected mileages for your trip are:
11,957 EQM (9.5 cpeqm)
15,686 RDM with no status
28,444 RDM with PLT/EXP
