Thumbs up Great Service by BA phone agent

I thought I would take advantage of the 3:2:1 offer that was emailed to me a couple of days ago as I am shy on tier points and could also do with earning some brownie points with a friend. I grabbed a nice deal for 3 nights at the CP Prague Castle and CE return flights going out a Friday lunchtime and returning a Monday morning for £361 per person.

After clicking away and agreeing to everything I came to pick seats and noticed we weren’t sat together on the return and in fact were in rows 8 and 9. I then noticed the time of the flight at 08.xx and thought ooops I will be tired so I thought I would try my luck on the phone.

The agent took a quick look at the booking and confirmed no changes etc. but instantly said she would speak to a supervisor as I have made the booking about 2 minutes ago. 2 mins on hold and no problem sir would you like the 12.xx flight and seats X,Y all done FOC.

A big thumbs up to the call centre and extra brownie points for me.
