Just returned from a wonderful two night stay at the hotel. Was upgraded to a riverview room on a high floor, and the view of Pudong was magical at night. Received free breakfast both days, including on sunday where breakfast ended early (at 1030) so that brunch could be set up, but staff let us stay while they set up. Staff is very well trained, the taxi to room including check in and bring the bag ups took seconds it seems, not even minutes. Diamond status was recognized immediately. The room was beautifully furnished, bathroom is wonderful. Although we didnt use it, the pool area and exercise room are terrific, and the library lounge on the same floor is an extra plus if you are looking for a quiet place. There wasnt anything negative to report on this hotel or visit. A great place to stay.
