Sorry...new to KLM/FB. What is award F?

I unfortunately fly enough to ever be able to rack up any miles worth talking of. I fly long haul about once every 3 years and that's it Would LOVE to fly more, though. Anyway, if this did end up being an upgrade (which I HIGHLY doubt considering my seat #'s ) I would nab it. All the miles the 5 of us earned on our last flight to SA expired before we flew again.
