What are ways to earn bonus points on purchases from amazon?
What are ways to earn bonus miles on purchases from amazon? I make thousands of dollars worth of purchases from there, and I would love to get bonus points.

The two ways I know of:
1) Hawaiian airlines
2 Buy gift cards from a store that gives points


Any other suggestions?
