Problem Signing up for Executive Club
I've been trying to sign up for British Airways Executive Club program for the past few days and every time I try to, I get an error message. On the signup page I enter all my information and click submit and the page hangs for a few minutes until I finally receive a message saying "Error. Sorry, there's a problem with our systems. Please try again, and if that still doesn't work, you might want to try again later." I have been trying on and off over the past few days using both my work and home computer and on different internet browsers. And I still get the same message.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any help would be appreciated!
