I would assume the ability to see codesharing/identifying which flight you are on will be similar to when you are searching for transatlantic flights and the results you get are a mix of BA and AA?

I doubt BA would want the hassle of people phoning them to double check they are not on an Iberia-operated flight and would rather make this obvious.
