Probably need some more details. Are you just after miles? Why 5 cards, do you need to spread them among banks? You might not be able to open too many from one or have time limits - I had to tell chase that I would close one account to open another. Also are you going to spend money on them and if so are you going to spend money on travel? I have presidential plus card from continental bit no bonus miles with that. Both united and continental have cards with bonus miles out from chase but then you maybe limited for six months and so need to choose wisely.
