If you go through your shopping cart (place something in there, go "Zum Warenkorb" to checkout "Zur Kasse", enter your address in with country "Vereinigte Staaten" and continue, the Tax will be deducted.

Shipping via DHL is €50 so on most decent bags your price delivered will still turn out cheaper than buying within Germany...
