Unless you are connecting on any StarAlliance carrier in FIRST, you won't be allowed to check out the lounge. And unfortunately there isn't an Arrival lounge you can use in BKK.
Perhaps on your return ? Any StarAlliance First will get you in. If you fly Thai First you also get a free massage at the Thai Spa Lounge.
