Is coach bulkhead good or bad on AS 737-900?

I'll be flying SEA-LAS on a 737-900. I am Delta Plat so I get access to the "premium" seats. I booked bulkhead 6D because SeatExpert said it had extra legroom, and I usually value that more than I worry about proximity to the bathroom. But then I looked at SeatGuru and it claims that row 6 has *less* legroom. Which is true?

No exit row seats are available on Window or Aisle, and SeatGuru seems wrong about which rows are exits (SeatExpert doesn't even designate exit rows), but I assume if row 15 opens up I should snag it.

Thanks for any advice...
