I bought the BR Transcend International carry-on on deep sale ($100) from Sierra Trading Post and tried it this past weekend on a Continental 145 and a Delta CRJ200. In both cases it fit but just barely - no overpacking allowed. This model was on sale because it has been replaced by http://www.briggs-riley.com/category...&col=transcend . But maybe the new model will work equally well.
