I would give the employer notice that I will not fly on T fares. Period. Any employer nowadays who expects their staff to travel frequently and not respect the "rules" of the travel game needs to get some basic education. Maybe AC should run employer travel seminars. Or maybe they should just relegate these stupid T fares to AC Vacations.
No one's a fan of Tango fares, but I think it's a tough sell for corporate travel managers when other companies are just booking the lowest fares these days, not just the lowest on a single airline.
Who flies Tango anyway? You used to be able to give up the points and save $10 bucks, now the difference is sometimes hundreds of dollars.
