They have lanai rooms that open onto the pool deck on one side of the hotel, and I believe balconies on the other. They are on the 3rd floor. Also, the north tower has a glass elevator that looks outside.
Cosmo also has pool access rooms; you'd probably have to call up to guarantee them. Officially floor 14, but actually floor 4 as previously discussed. They are located on the Bamboo Pool, where it says "lanais" on this map:

Still doesn't fix the stairway access, but they MUST have stairs for emergency purposes and it's only four stories, so eminently walkable.

Would be a shame to hobble the Vegas vibe by staying in a workaday Staybridge Suites.....
