85k is 5k higher than a similar one-way *A itin using CO miles so I won't hold this one up as an amazing award with respect to the competition. But it's not bad and in my searches for 2 seats had far greater availability across many dates than the various *A carriers and it was nice to be able to use Avios without junk fees.
Only limitation: RJ seems to only release 2 Crown Class seats at a time for awards...at least on the long-haul flights like AMM-ORD.
80K in CO is the mileage amount required for F one way from the US to India, so I would think 85K for a J redemption (one-way) is quite a bit higher when compared to * (which charges 60K one-way in J).
