Room - Booked Hibiscus room using the summer free nights promo for all nights and was upgraded to Orchid suite beachfront. Free room was great. Great ocean front property and views from our suite.

- Very good room condition: AGREE

- Fantastic views and a private beach: AGREE!

- Low quality overpriced food: AGREE!!!!! Worst part of the trip for us. The buffet and room service food was terrible and very overpriced

- Huge FREE fruit basket on arrival and a bottle of wine: nice touch

- Service: both day and night manager introduced themselves on the first day, provided us recommendations for excursions, and were very helpful. Also, the resort staff was very friendly and provided good service.

- Pool area: smaller, but still very nice and plenty of lounge chairs during our visit.

- Alcohol: expensive, but expected

- Workout facility: small, but air conditioned and adequate

- Car rental: rented on site for a day, driving on the wrong side of the road (at least for us) with manual small car was pretty scary

- Taxi price (500-rupee one-way): haggle when arrive and hotel schedules for return trip. Same price.

- Small store within walking distance (a little bit of walk) and bought soda, water, alcohol, and other small food items at a fraction of cost at hotel.
