Several ways to earn and use A+ credits went away on January 1st - it looks like the magazine option was one of them.
These friggin morons... I have an email from them dated 1/15/12 warning me of 4 x 2/28/12 expiring credits and an offer to swap for magazines. I remember going in and checking out the value & selection (decent) but decided to wait another month for an SW developments. And it says "NEW!"
Now you can't.... ???
