I haven't been up to YYZ in several months. I heard from some colleagues that there is a new system in which passengers wait in some waiting area until their flight is called, and only then are passengers invited to wait in the US immigration line. Normally I like to arrive early and spend some time in the MLL before my flight. Will it be basically impossible to do so now with this new system?
