Swiss finally credited me for the $230 overcharge, but it took 10 days and 5 fone calls.

Swiss US answered my complaint sent thru the Swiss web site after 4 days, but indicated the wrong departure date for my flight. (Hey, Swiss, how many mistakes is that in one booking?).

No, thankfully, it was not a scam and I did get my booking and tickets. When Swiss denied they had a call center in Fiji (yes they do), I feared hackers had hijacked their calll center and I'd lost $3000. The fact Swiss didn't confirm my ticket for 3 days made it worse (they couldn't spell Hotmail.com correctly in my e mail address).
