US flyers-- you don't have to call the Swiss US number, that number conncects you to Fiji which dosn't function.. Instead, call the Switzerland number, choose 'English' and you're connected to S. Africa. This call center works great. The people answer quicky, don't put you on hold and know what they're doing for you.
