Recently stayed at a Hilton for over 5 nights and earned a "special" free night certificate and my account shows the certificate being credited or added but how long does it take to actually get it? Is this something they e-mail us or do they send it in the mail? I'm a new HH member so I'm not sure how this all works. Thanks for any help!
