Ha ... if they only provided accommodation. That's funny. Can you imagine the number of 23 hour layovers that would be booked up by people transiting through Hong Kong.

The only time I've had CX spring for a hotel room was when they were delayed 2.5 hours out of YVR to HKG and I missed my connecting (and last flight of the day) to BKK - they put me up in the airport hotel.
