Thanks. Oops & sorry for bad info, haven't been on the other side of the Hudson in a while as tolls are sky high and refilling gasoline used to be a great idea then. Closed - not surprised, signs of the difficult economic times, it was your typical "corporate expenses" account dining or for those nationals on "oversea housing/living allowances" pulling up for the valet then - oh well.
There used to be more restaurants (some of them were gone for good when we're there last time) inside the mini-mall/supermarket, not sure if the (imported) coffee shop w. unique pastries is still there (has its dining section) - a bit pricey. When we had relatives visiting from France, we took them for lunch on their last day in the Big Apple, picked up goodies, and "send" them home via EWR with "bento" meal boxes to go for their flight & they loved it.
The Japanese bookstore and mini-shops across the way were barely surviving a few years ago as we knew some of the min-stores/booths inside had "going out of business" signs up.
