They will banned the body scanners due to health concerns. It could be very serious trouble from the senate.

There is no reason to install the body scanners at all.

The bill say "No scans, no fly" and this is not necessary. Those passengers who had it rights go through the metal detector. This is violation of the fourth amendment rights.
