There's a difference between the cart and the trolley. I think the trolleys BusinessFirst has to serve appetizers, ice cream sundaes, cheese course, and breakfast breads is classy. I like the idea of a meal being assembled seat-side ...especially with the appetizer and cheese/fruit carts, where you get to pick what you want and don't want on your plate. As far as the beverage carts used elsewhere, I think those are more reminiscent of economy service where the big ugly metal box goes up/down the aisle, bumping elbows along the way. For me, that kind of cart can stay in economy.
So for future business services, I do hope the trolleys continue.
