When I was interviewed for Nexus, the officer asked how I liked the Vatican. The only possible way I can think of he knew that was I there is I must have put Vatican on my entry form and it was keyed in. I didn't even fly to/from FCO from the States. It was BUD-CDG-MAD-FCO-HKG. He also commented, while looking at the screen, I've been to a lot of countries and the Global Entry will be good for me.
