Bulkhead row not EC?
Anyone know why the bulkhead row (row 15) of the 767-400ER from ATL-MUC shows up as a non-EC row? On Seatguru, it is an EC row, and is in fact "green" due to the extra legroom, etc. On the Delta seat selection chart, the row is non-EC (and hence, free of charge), but the 4 rows behind it are EC.
