The Argentina office answered straight away and rebooked me in about 5 minutes.
Be creative and you should get results. Good luck to everyone travelling during this mess.
Rather than the customer having to be creative should the BA call system not do this automatically......to fly to serve?

My anger over the years snow farce is that despite the warning, the accuracy of the forecast and the head of BAAs bonus, they still cannot cope with 2inches of snow.

BA at LHR appear to now have cancelled all shorthail for the rest of today whilst LGW have had just 1 flight to GVA cancelled.

BAA remain a national embarrassment and ownership of this key national asset should be removed from them.

BA resourcing should not be exempt from criticism either. They are staffed to handle an operation that is not now operating but the staff are no where to be seen and unable to assist with rebooking. they are neither empowered nor skilled to do so.

BA.com is again showing that it is simply not fit for purpose be it rebooking in the midst of disruption or handling anything other than a simple itinerary.
