Meaning: there is much less space for one to use a laptop now comfortably, and often all the laptop spaces are full. Also far less electric outlets there now. And still just Korea/EU style electric receptacles there; when they moved one would think they'd put it multi-style electric receptacles (like most hotels have), not forcing one with, say, a US or Japan power plug get out an adapter just to plug in.
I was just at the ICN KE J (Prestige Class) Lounge yesterday and your statement is not true. While most of the receptacles in the lounge take only the Schuko/Europlug, there are separate outlets at the left end of the table that take the standard US/Canada/Japan plugs with 2 flat prongs (including the 3-pronged grounded plugs), and mine fit perfectly into the receptacle. They were identical to the outlets most of us have in our homes in the USA, except the power is 220/240V instead of 110/120V.
