Yes, you're absolutely right. I didn't realize know that. PHX does have L3 Communications at entire T3 & T4. They already consider it done to install new inline baggage screening system at entire terminal 3 back in December 2010. That's what exactly my friend told me all about it. There is no more CTX-5500 at T3 & T4. They already phase out the older CTX-5500 machine. They usually the CTX-5500 machine at T3 for 8 years.
