I can't speak for many of the hotels you have listed as I haven't seen the inside. I don't think the Marriotts are very nice in ABQ. There is a Hyatt resort about 20 minutes north of ABQ that is REALLY nice, called the Tamaya, but nothing near it, so you would be completely relying on the resort for food, etc. If you don't care about status, Sandia Resort and Casino is very nice. The restaurant at the top is excellent, amazing views too. I'm not into gambling though, but they also have live music on the weekends. But, very smoky. I do think some of the hotels in downtown are nice still - I went to a wedding in the Anduluz and at least the lobby seemed very nice.
