I watched some college bowl games at the Satellite Sports Cafe a few years back. Plenty of Americans working in AMS gather there regularly to watch sports. Whether the cafe will remain open all night is another question. I liked the bar; it's either part of or you have to walk through a coffeeshop to get there though (IIRC).
