Not sure what sort of file you might have, but I very much doubt that selection for the Nude-O-Scope is based on your identity. You might have other problems getting checked in I suppose, but provided they let you do that, whether you are selected for the Nude-O-Scope should be "random" (eg a mixture of random and racial profiling).
