I wonder if geography is a factor? I have had no issues whatsoever. Granted, i am not trying to book rooms at 3 am EST.

Question for those who are taking their business elsewhere because they are pissed about the site being upgraded when they are trying to use it - why would you simply not make a phone call to secure your reservations?
