Yes, there are a lot of relatively small problems with Capital One. But the promo they just did with giving you as many points as you had in an airline program was the BEST sign up bonus I've seen. It was possible to get thousands of $ worth of points. Capital One has been very good about redeeming these points. It requires a phone call, but the agents are helpful and friendly. No hoops to jump through.
