I'm not sure what everyone's general valuation of Hyatt points is, but mine is around 1.5 - 2 cents per point. Put that on the spectrum of satisfied to happy. Using the low end, the 44K UR points would equate to $660 in GP points.
Check the rates on your preferred travel dates and see how much you're getting per point. If not at least 1.5, I'd say no.
