Yes, well buses have been a feature at BKK for decades. I don't mind the bus so much so long as TG ( or whichever airline) would adequately provide for F and C pax. They don't on arrival...there is no separate bus. Everyone just clambers aboard and then there is a mad dash for immigration.
While I know TG has no control over immigation, the priority cards are alomost useless as those lines are often longer than non-priority. The TAT must be beside itself over the time pax have to wait and also the generally unwelcoming , miserable ,down-in -the -mouth staff ( equalled in that regard only by Malaysia and Australia). The APEC booth is rarely ,if ever, open.

The security personnel seem to have taken a course in rudeness. I am sure they were all following the rules but the attitude was just incredible - worse then the TSA. And this on multiple occasions. And in the land of smiles.
I've arrived in a TG 747 and we've been given a bus gate - even though there were multiple gates open.
The location of connecting flights seems to be getting further and further away. It's as if they've segregated long-haul and intra-Asia flights to the opposite ends of the airport with the resulting 30-40 minute walk. Perhaps it works better for others - but certainly not me.
The quality of the food in the F lounge and also the presentation appears to me to be getting worse.
Prices in many of the shops seem to have risen significantly. I know airports are normally a rip-off but I feel it is getting worse.
And in general the airport seems to be looking shabbier than in the past. Perhaps the poor quality of the construction is beginning to show...
Sorry for the rant...
