There is no system issue though; Qantas isn't selling tickets based on what classes credit to what FF scheme but based on price from lowest to highest.

You can actually find the booking class on Qantas, but it is rather hidden

When on the flight selection page with the list of fares for Res-e-deal , Flexi Saver and Fully Flexible use "View Source" in the browser

Page down a cpl of pages and you will find fare to class mapping

e.g. for SYD-MEL

theRecommandation.addClasse('B');

theRecommandation.addPassenger('ADT', 499.0);

theRecommandation.setData('AUAUFF2JQ');
this.addRecommandation( theRecommandation );

If I recall correctly, this shows that B fare option of AUD499 books into class B
