apparently Amanpulo was fully booked for most of our stay as it was Chinese New Year but it certainly never felt anything close to busy - just as relaxing as always, but with enough people around in the restaurants etc to give a bit of atmosphere. I actually slightly prefer that to when it is completely quiet!
