Funny enough when I was oneWorld Emerald (equivalent to TG Plat as I could then access all oneWorld F-class lounges), this would be a pretty standard Business class meal 'presentation' on BA band 3b/band 4 (the longest intra-European segments) flights in Club Europe/Business. All complaints on BA forum would then be instantly killed by loyal BA FT'ers. On TG forum we like to complaint all the times. And to be honest I pretty annoyed as we do not see what is positive with TG (extremely competitive premium fares, premium award availability, excellent service delivered on 75% of the flights, seat pitch in whY, catering in whY, BKK airport without this insane gate security checks as in SIN - yes I like BKK airport, 77W seats in C & F) - we seem to see only the negatives.

Yes, I'm a big fan of TG for all the reasons you mention. But I'll also call out when something is unacceptable. Like that breakfast in C. Or the recent flurry of 747 All Series flights at SYD alongside very misleading product information / timetable.
