Unless you have a ton of SQ KF miles then you can redeem on the suites and as mentioned by bangkokiscool it costs 1M KF miles for a o/w LHR-SIN redemption. It's ridiculous and unless you have a ton of miles then it is not worth it. You might as well take multiple F RTWs instead of one O/W trip.
