Looks like it is targeted.. I just noticed an invitation number

I am not going to use mine, so here it is: 556-020-9277

This, BTW, is the second stackable 20% bonus offer I've gotten on the card. Too bad I am jumping ship, but my CITI AA could be netting 2.4 miles / $1 for the first $1k spend, then 1.4 miles / $1 for the rest if I were to use it.
