You can ask for it "Lazy" style - someone in the kitchen will pick it out for you. There used to be an upcharge, not sure about any more.

And since this is a New England seafood restaurant, no self-respecting New England seafood place would have lobster tails on the menu. You may be able to get them at the chain restaurants which obviously buy in bulk and they come frozen from the Caribbean or Canada.
