Same here. I look for common complaints among posters rather than relying on one person who spouts off about some insignificant issue just to try to demand some compensation. I think it's fairly easy to spot the "accurate" reviews and identify common issues at a specific hotel. If more than one person makes the same comment/complaint, there's probably some validity to it.
