We are pleased to announce the agreement to manage three new Hyatt-branded hotels in Saudi Arabia: the Park Hyatt Riyadh, the Grand Hyatt Jeddah, and the Hyatt Regency Jeddah. There are currently a total of six Hyatt-branded hotels under development in Saudi Arabia.

The Park Hyatt Riyadh is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2015 and will be located near the Kingdom Center and the Al Faisaliya Tower. The hotel will have 50 suites, three restaurants, a lounge, and 1450 square meters of meeting and event space.

The Grand Hyatt Jeddah will have 400 plus rooms, including 48 suites. The hotel will be located in the city center of Jeddah and is expected to open in 2016. The Grand Hyatt Jeddah will feature three restaurants, a lobby lounge, and a Grand Club.

The Hyatt Regency Jeddah will be located near the Tahliyah Square and close to the city center. The hotel is expected to open in the second half of 2015, and will have three restaurants, a lobby lounge and a Regency Club. The hotel will have 240 rooms with 30 suites.
