Wanting to check my expenditure, I tried to log in a couple of weeks ago. I immediately got the message that I had attempted to log in to many times (this was the first that day

) and checking the reminder button, I saw they would send the reminder by snailmail. In a state of disbelief, I called and spoke to a 'help' person who confirmed that the snailmail option was indeed correct and that the reminder would arrive within 3-5 working days.
Ha ha ha! That was about 12 working days ago and I have received nothing.
If I didn't know better, I'd think LloydsTSB were trying to wrest the worst service cup from Santander. I just blame incompetence and their refusal to move to the 21st century.
The Lloyds Banking Group postal service is abysmal and benefits only LBG. Everything sent from a branch or service centre is uplifted by a courier firm to a central sorting depot overnight, then processed and sent in UKMail second class. It takes
forever. Branches have a budget of £5 a month for first class stamps to send urgent material.
