This forum is a self-selecting group. When I travel around and sign in to hotels, I just don't see that many Plats on the list, I'm usually the only one. The idea that there's trillions of them filling up the hotels is something I just don't think is true.

The benefit we get is the number of free nights we can have - even after the recent dilution. Anything more than that is a bonus, but we clearly all think it's worthwhile, which is why we do it.
