IME, about 2 weeks after sending off the phones. Tesco claim 3 months as they seem to quote the time for you to actually claim the points in the quarterly statements, but they appear soon after the third party checks and verifies the phone.
Now if only there was an option to claim vouchers on points earned during a quarter! Or better yet.... if only I had remembered to recycle my phones before the end of Jan and could have earnt points in time to get vouchers for Feb!
