At least the OP got an idea now of what the nference between VA Premium Economy and VA Business is.
@OP: Business is currently being rolled out and is replacing domestic Premium Economy. Until it has been rolled out in full, you have to watch your booking process. The website is pretty clear as to whether you will fly Business or PremEco.
