What flights and aircraft were you on, not all flights have Business, especially out of Brisbane, I was on two J flights out of BNE and into BNE last week and everything as delivered as per the website, except I had two preflight drinks and managed to polish off 4 spirits on the 50min flight as there was myself and partner in J (which is not even real J yet being an E190) and we had a dedicated FA as well as toilet.
